Corroboree Group
The Corroboree Group of organisations was established in 2015 and are majority Indigenous owned
and operated. Corroboree Group has over 25 years’ experience in delivering our main objective -
creating pathways to long term Indigenous employment. By investing all our profit back into the
organisations, we tailor a solution to each individual to provide a productive and suitable pathway to
employment. We are an established, viable and ethical employer that consistently provides high
level and value for money solutions for our clients.
We make a real Indigenous difference, creating real Indigenous wealth, for all Indigenous people.
Our long-term goal is to increase the percentage of Indigenous employment Australia wide through
delivering support and educational programs at the grass roots level.

Corroboree Group was created with the purpose of creating employment opportunities for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Corroboree Services, Corroboree Empire, Corroboree Talent and Corroboree Security are all registered not-for-profit organisations. These Corroboree organisations fund Corroboree's Indigenous Pathways to Employment Program (IPEP). **
IPEP is a solely Corroboree funded program that sees Indigenous people of all ages gain and maintain employment in a field of their choosing. Corroboree has mentors that provide our program participants with the necessary support to succeed in their role. We fund the attainment of qualifications and resources that are essential for our participants' employment and we continue to provide support and guidance for as long as each participant wants it. Our program is tailored to each individual participant to ensure that we have meaningful long-term outcomes. We also provide our program participants with the skills to maintain employment outside of the program, even if they are not employed by us.
