Established in 2015, Corroboree Empire is a shared services venture between Corroboree Empire, an Australian Supply Nation Organisation with over 40 years’ experience working within the Indigenous Community and Empire Management Services, a local Australian owned commercial cleaning business with over 25 years’ experience in sector. The purpose of Corroboree Empire is to create a pathway to long term employment for local Indigenous individuals by intruding them into the workforce within the cleaning sector with an opportunity to progress in other areas of employment if so desired. Corroboree Empire are dedicated to ensuring sustainable change for Indigenous and Torres Strait Islanders.
Corroboree Empire is a not-for-profit commercial cleaning organisation which does not exclusively hire Indigenous labour but favours them where possible, whilst providing experienced cleaning staff for clients, to ensure that the service provided is of a continuously high standard. Corroboree Empire works in line with the Corroboree Group’s ISOs to ensure that quality, environment and OH&S practices are implemented and practiced. In-line with the environmental policy, Corroboree Empire offers green cleaning services where possible.

Our shared services arrangement widens the accessibility of job opportunities within the cleaning sector for the Indigenous community and meets the guidelines of the Indigenous Procurement Policy(IPP). Corroboree Empire delivers services aligned with the principles of understanding and the involvement of our customer’s environment and inclusion of Indigenous services and employees and have the proven ability to deliver real outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through training, and economic and employment opportunities.
All the above services can be provided as one-off service or on a regular basis. We tailor our services to our clients’ needs to ensure that their goal is achieved. We work seamlessly with our clients ensuring that our sites and staff are compliant and perform regular inspections to maintain the required quality of service and the expected level of reporting.
